Oman TiT

Oman TiT is a residential skyscraper in central Taipei with 27 floors above ground and 6 basement levels. The 130-meter tower contains 111 residential units in its upper sections, while the lower five floors house retail spaces.

Construction of this modern tower began in 2009 and was completed in 2012. The project marked another phase of Taipei's intensifying urban development with mixed-use buildings.

The building blends residential units with shopping spaces, showing how modern city living has evolved in Taiwan. This mix of functions is common in crowded neighborhoods, where people live and shop in the same area.

The building is easy to navigate with separate entrances for residents and retail visitors, making it simple to access different sections. The lower floors are busy with shoppers and provide clear orientation points for first-time visitors.

Don Quijote, Japan's largest discount retail chain, opened its first Taiwan location in the building's lower floors in 2020. This presence has shaped the shopping experience in that part of the tower and draws many visitors.
