The Oman TiT building rises 130 meters into the sky with 27 floors above ground and 6 basement levels in central Taipei.
The construction of this modern addition to Taipei's architectural landscape began in 2009 and reached completion in 2012.
The structure integrates residential spaces with a shopping center, reflecting the evolution of urban living patterns in contemporary Taiwan.
The first five floors house retail spaces, while the upper levels contain 111 residential units with individual access points.
Japan's largest discount store chain, Don Quijote, established its first Taiwanese location within the building's lower floors in 2020.
