The Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus is a Neoclassical Catholic cathedral in Joliet, Illinois, with large columns, a symmetrical facade, and a tall bell tower. The tower rises well above the surrounding city and can be seen from many points around Joliet.
The current building was constructed in the early 1950s to replace an older church that had previously stood on the same site. The first mass in the new structure was celebrated in 1954, before the project was fully complete.
