Casa-Palacio de los Becerra

The Casa-Palacio de los Becerra is a palace from the late 15th century featuring a striking facade with a semi-circular arched entrance and paired windows decorated with family coats of arms. The building occupies a prominent location in the old town and displays architectural characteristics typical of that period.

A member of the Becerra family commissioned the building in the second half of the 15th century as a residential palace. During and after construction, the region experienced shifting political circumstances, yet the structure remained a symbol of the family's influence.

The building now hosts a foundation with art collections displaying furniture, paintings, and glassware from centuries past. The rooms reveal how wealthy families lived and decorated their homes in that era.
