Vallecas 20

Vallecas 20 is a residential tower in Ensanche de Vallecas with 22 stories rising 74 meters (243 feet) into the skyline. The structure contains 132 apartments and ground-level shops, with a distinctive facade made of horizontal zinc scales that cover the exterior.

The building's construction began following a restricted design competition organized by EMVS in 2003 for social housing development. The project was completed in 2009 after years of planning and building work.
