Tierra del Trigo sits at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by terraced fields and vineyards in the municipality of Los Silos.
The village earned its name from extensive wheat cultivation during earlier periods, though vineyards have now become the primary agricultural focus.
Residents celebrate their patron saint, Our Lady of Lourdes, with traditional festivals on February 11 and the first weekend of August.
The settlement connects to main roads TF-42 and TF-423, located 2.5 kilometers from Los Silos town center, requiring careful driving on winding roads.
The PR TF-53.1 hiking trail, certified by Tenerife's Trail Network, passes through this agricultural community of 326 inhabitants.
