Palace of the Marquis of Ferrera, Luarca

The Palace of the Marquis of Ferrera consists of two connected wings with a bay arch, forming an L-shaped structure in the center of Luarca.

The southern wing contains the original palace from the 15th century, incorporating a tower that existed before the 13th century with numerous subsequent modifications.

The northern wing, constructed in the 18th century, displays a balanced facade with a coat of arms and connects to a chapel with ribbed vaulting.

The palace functions as a library and cultural center, accessible through Calle Olavarrieta in the Valdés municipality of Asturias.

The connection between the two main sections of the palace occurs through a passageway supported by a distinctive skew arch.
