Pabellón de Aragón en la Expo 2008, National pavilion at Expo 2008, Zaragoza, Spain.

The building features a suspended wicker basket design with dimensions of 50 by 50 meters, supported by three large pillars at ground level.

The Aragon Pavilion opened in June 2008 as part of the International Exposition in Zaragoza, with construction costs reaching 29.6 million euros.

The pavilion displayed the film Symphony of Aragon by Carlos Saura, presenting images and traditions from the Aragonese community during the exposition.

The structure contains 3,000 square meters of exhibition space distributed across two floors, with administrative offices, meeting rooms, and a viewing terrace.

The facade incorporates micro-concrete and glass panels in a basket weave pattern, requiring specific certification tests due to its unprecedented design.
