The Parque Marítimo César Manrique spans 22,000 square meters, featuring three seawater pools surrounded by volcanic rocks and native palm trees along the coastline.
The water park, which opened its doors in 1995, represents the final architectural project completed by Canarian artist César Manrique before his passing.
The facility maintains Manrique's design principles by incorporating local volcanic materials and natural elements into every architectural element of the water complex.
The park provides multiple dining establishments, changing rooms, fitness facilities, and a dedicated children's play area for visitors throughout the year.
Seawater circulates through the three swimming pools using a natural filtration system, maintaining connections with the adjacent Atlantic Ocean.
