Parque Empresarial Avenida de América 115, Office building in Barajas, Spain
The office building at Avenida de América 115 is a modern seven-story structure with five separate sections arranged around a central courtyard. The layout creates dedicated workspaces designed to accommodate large corporate operations and their employees.
The site was previously home to Casbega, a Coca-Cola bottling plant that shut down in 2004. Construction of the new office building began in 2007 on this cleared land.
The structure represents modern Spanish corporate architecture with its design focusing on creating collaborative spaces for international businesses.
The building sits at the intersection of Avenida de América and the M-40 highway with direct connections to Madrid Airport and major transport routes. Its central location makes it straightforward to reach by various transportation methods.
The building underwent a major redesign between October 2013 and February 2014 by the architecture firm Tetris Arquitectura. This renovation created the current workspace now occupied by Vodafone Spain.
