Anfi Del Mar Beach

Anfi del Mar is an artificially created beach with white sand on Gran Canaria's southern coast. The waters are sheltered by a natural lagoon formation, and the beach measures approximately 180 meters long and 50 meters wide.

The location was founded in 1992 by a Norwegian developer who imported Caribbean sand in large quantities. This transformation changed a previously undeveloped coastal area into a modern beach resort.

The beach is part of a developed coastal resort whose character and name have transformed through tourism development. Visitors experience a carefully maintained location shaped by international investment and designed leisure infrastructure.

The beach is accessed via elevators from the parking area above, making arrival straightforward. Facilities include showers, restrooms, lounge chairs, and equipment rentals for water activities.

An artificial heart-shaped island creates a sheltered swimming zone and sits next to a modern yacht harbor. This unusual design feature distinctly shapes the beach's appearance.
