Montenuño

Montenuño is a modern residential building in Oviedo composed of several blocks with angular shapes. The structure integrates different heights and volumes that respect the terrain and blend into the surrounding urban landscape.

Salvador Pérez Arroyo designed this residential complex in the late 20th century during a period of intensive growth in northern Spain. The project was part of Oviedo's urban renewal efforts of that era.

The building shows how residential design evolved in Spain by using geometric shapes and contemporary construction methods. Visitors can see on the facade how modern architecture fits into the existing city.

The complex has multiple elevators making it easy to reach different levels. Visitors should note this is an active residential community and public access may be limited.
