Angel of Victory

The Angel of Victory on Aguzaderas Hill features a large stone angel statue holding a sword, accompanied by two tall stone pillars rising vertically. The structure stands prominently above the surrounding terrain and creates a striking presence when viewed from the flat Manchegan plain below.

The memorial was constructed in 1964 as a completed stone structure. An event in 1976 caused significant damage that permanently altered its physical form.
