Tour Ève

Tour Ève is a 37-story residential and office tower in La Défense, the business district west of Paris. The building contains approximately 321 apartments and about 7,000 square meters of office space, with multiple elevators serving all floors.

Construction of this tower began in 1970 and finished in 1974 as part of the major expansion that shaped La Défense. The project was one of several large residential and office buildings erected during that decade of rapid development in the Paris region.

The structure brings together homes and offices in one place, showing how La Défense developed as a mixed-use neighborhood over time. Visitors can see how residents and workers share the same building, creating a space where daily life and commerce overlap naturally.

The tower is well connected to public transportation in the La Défense complex and sits among other major buildings in the district. Keep in mind that most of the residential and office floors are private and not open to the public, though the ground-level areas and main entrance are visible.
