Villa Petridi is a substantial residential building featuring eclectic architectural design located near the courthouse in Thessaloniki. The structure displays decorative lion sculptures on its exterior walls and combines multiple architectural influences in its overall composition.
The building was constructed around 1900 and initially belonged to a Bulgarian family. After 1912, when the Greek army entered the city, the family departed and left the residence behind.
The municipality of Thessaloniki opens Villa Petridi to visitors during November Open House events, allowing exploration of its architectural elements.
