Wynn's Hotel, Dublin, Victorian hotel in Abbey Street, Dublin, Ireland
The six-floor red brick building features ornate Victorian architecture with stained glass windows and polished wood throughout its interior spaces.
Established in 1845 by Phoebe Wynn as a boarding house, the hotel burned down during the 1916 Easter Rising and reopened in 1926.
The hotel hosted the formation meeting of the Irish Volunteers in 1913 and the inaugural gathering of Cumann na mBan in 1914.
The property contains 76 bedrooms, two conference rooms with audio equipment, the Playwright Restaurant, and the Saints & Scholars Lounge.
The 1921 reconstruction made it the first building in Dublin to use mass concrete as the primary construction material.
