Liuchonghe Bridge, Cable-stayed bridge in Qianxi, Guizhou Province, China

This cable-stayed structure stretches 1,508 meters across the Liuchong River gorge with a main span of 438 meters and towers reaching 190 meters in height.

Completed in 2013 as part of the G76 Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway project, this structure opened vital transportation routes between previously isolated mountain communities in southwestern China.

Known locally as Liu Chong He Da Qiao, this engineering project represents regional development efforts and modernization achievements in rural Guizhou during the early 2010s infrastructure expansion.

Located along the S55 Expressway near postal code 552104, the bridge connects Zhijin and Qianxi counties while maintaining a deck clearance of 340 meters above the river below.

Ranking as the fifth highest cable-stayed bridge worldwide at completion, this structure stands taller than the Millau Viaduct and crosses one of China's most bridge-dense river valleys.
