Xingfu Mansion

Xingfu Mansion is a traditional residence in Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou, spread across a large property with traditional Chinese architectural elements and detailed wooden carvings throughout. The structure features several entrance openings and multiple chambers that have been preserved over time.

The mansion was built for an imperial family member's relative and served as a family residence during China's dynastic period. It received national protection status in 1996 as a Major Historical and Cultural Site.

The mansion displays artistic elements from the Chaoshan region with traditional motifs and design patterns characteristic of local dwellings. The visible decorations and room layouts reflect the tastes and daily life of the family who lived here.

The mansion features multiple entrances and offers guided tours through its various chambers and rooms. Visitors should allow plenty of time to take in the architectural details and furnishings at a comfortable pace.

The building preserves an original collection of furniture and household items from the dynastic period, offering a rare look at the daily life of the family. These artifacts reveal what materials and objects were used to furnish wealthy households of that time.
