Lung Hing Public Library

The Lung Hing Public Library occupies the ground floor of Lung Hing House, providing educational resources to residents of Lower Wong Tai Sin Estate.

The library integrated the Virtua automation system in 2009, replacing the previous Dynix system that had been in operation since 1999.

This branch of Hong Kong Public Libraries system offers extensive collections in multiple languages, serving the diverse population of Wong Tai Sin District.

Visitors can access the library via Wong Tai Sin MTR Station Exit C2, with operating hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays.

The facility maintains two dedicated book return units and implements special study room arrangements during examination periods for students with admission cards.
