Schlossgarten Stuttgart

The Schlossgarten is a large park that stretches from Stuttgart's center toward the Neckar River, connecting different sections through walking paths, water features, and planted areas. The space is divided by roads that are crossed by pedestrian bridges, creating a continuous green zone across the city.

The gardens adjacent to the castle were first recorded in the 14th century and underwent major redesign following two major exhibitions in the 1960s and 1970s. These events introduced new water features, modern pathways, and expanded green areas that shaped the park as it is today.
