Iduna-Hochhaus, Office building in Osnabrück, Germany

The Iduna-Hochhaus reaches 65 meters into the sky with 21 floors, marking a notable presence in the Osnabrück urban landscape.

The construction of the Iduna-Hochhaus in 1974 occurred on the former site of industrialist Wilhelm Lepenau's villa, following plans by architect Rolf Bohl.

The building reflects post-war German architectural development through its concrete structure and exterior wash concrete facade design.

The structure contains 128 residential units across 18 floors, making it the tallest residential building in the city of Osnabrück.

The nineteenth floor previously featured a swimming pool, demonstrating early integration of recreational facilities in residential high-rises.
