Estadio Virgen de las Nieves

The Estadio Virgen de las Nieves is a football stadium on the Canary Island of La Palma, situated on an elevated platform with views toward the Atlantic Ocean. The venue features open seating sections in blue and white, plus a two-level corner structure housing VIP facilities.

The stadium opened on August 15, 2001, with an inaugural match between SD Tenisca and Union Deportiva Las Palmas. This event marked the beginning of a new sporting venue for the island community.

The resident team SD Tenisca takes its name from a princess of the Benahoarita people who lived on La Palma before Spanish arrival. This choice connects the stadium to the island's pre-colonial past.
