Pa'ar Cave, Karstic sinkhole in Upper Galilee, Israel.

The Pa'ar Cave system channels water from Pa'ar stream through limestone formations, creating a natural drainage pathway to groundwater level.

The cave became part of a designated nature reserve in 1967, marking a significant step in protecting geological formations in Northern Israel.

The surrounding reserve hosts Palestine Oak trees, Hawthorn trees, and Sternbergia flowers, reflecting the native plant diversity of Upper Galilee.

Visitors should contact the Israel Nature and Parks Authority before planning their trip, as access to the cave requires proper arrangements.

The cave formation serves as a natural water conduit between the Adir peak of Meron range and Kibbutz Sasa, spanning 14 dunams of protected land.
