Kfar Bar'am

The ancient synagogue features a facade with three doorways and six stone columns, constructed primarily from local basalt stone materials.

An Aramaic inscription near the window identifies Elazar son of Yuden as the builder of this religious structure from the Talmudic period.

The site offers wheelchair-accessible trails, restroom facilities, and picnic areas, with seasonal operating hours and an entrance fee requirement.

The synagogue design influenced modern architecture, serving as inspiration for the Henry S. Frank Memorial Synagogue at Philadelphia's Jewish Hospital.
