The building incorporates Japanese-style rooms and tea ceremony spaces, maintaining local traditions while serving as a contemporary learning center.
Located three minutes from Ainokaze Toyama Railway Station, the center provides seven accessible restrooms and wireless internet throughout its 11,016 square meters.
The building houses both the Takaoka Shiritsuchuo Library and event spaces that can accommodate up to 400 people in its main hall.
