Flower Park Kōnan

Flower Park Kōnan is a seasonal flower park in Konan covering around 25,000 square meters of grassland with different flower beds displaying tulips, violas, and coleus plants throughout the year. The grounds feature spacious layouts and open views of the planted areas.

The park opened in 2007 as part of the larger Kiso Sansen Park complex, creating a new recreational space in Konan City. This addition became part of a broader regional park development project.

The park serves as a popular gathering spot for families and friends during warmer months, where visitors enjoy the changing blooms together. The thoughtfully arranged flower beds reflect how Japanese culture values nature and its seasonal transformations.

The park is easy to reach and offers free parking for cars and large vehicles, allowing visitors to arrive without hassle. The entrance is near the parking area, and the pathways are relatively flat and simple to navigate.

Around the pond areas, a spray system releases water mist at regular intervals, offering relief on warm days during your visit. This technical feature creates a refreshing effect during hot summer afternoons.
