The Flower Park Konan spans 25,000 square meters of grassland with various flower beds displaying tulips, violas, and coleus throughout different seasons.
The park opened its doors on October 6, 2007, as part of the larger Kiso Sansen Park complex, establishing a new recreational space in Konan City.
The park incorporates Japanese garden design elements with seasonal flower arrangements that reflect the local appreciation for natural cycles and outdoor gatherings.
Visitors can access free parking for 360 cars and 12 large vehicles, with the facility operating from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM between April and November.
A mist system releases water spray every 30 minutes around the Basin Pond, creating an enhanced sensory experience for park visitors.
