The park encompasses 384,000 square meters along the Kiso River, featuring sports fields, recreational areas, and a children's playground.
Originally established as Komyoji Green Space in 1966, the park received its current name in 1994 following the development of 138 Tower Park.
The park contains a monument marking the location of former Ono Castle and offers traditional hanami celebrations during cherry blossom season.
Visitors can access the park from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, with bicycle rentals and a barbecue area that accommodates 1,000 people.
The park houses the first association-certified ground golf course in Ichinomiya City, with three courses utilizing the natural terrain.
