The structure originated in 1956 and underwent extensive renovation before its grand reopening in 2006, marking a new chapter in Kobe's commercial development.
Tower Records and OS Cinema occupy dedicated spaces within the building, reflecting Japanese consumer preferences for entertainment integrated with retail experiences.
Located one minute from Sannomiya Station, the building operates from 11:00 to 21:00 for shopping floors, while restaurants remain open until 23:00.
The mint-colored exterior serves as a reference point near Sannomiya Station, housing an eight-screen cinema complex on its ninth floor.
