Hachinohe Park

The 37-hectare park contains a botanical garden, amusement park, animal enclosure, large grass area, Japanese garden, and observation deck.

The park, which opened in 1981, transitioned from municipal management to private operation by Sanpachi-go Distribution Company in 2005.

The park features a large Jomon period parent-child statue monument, with the parent figure reaching 10 meters in height and weighing 7 tons.

The amusement park section operates from April through early November, with rides costing between 100 and 200 yen per attraction.

The indoor botanical garden grows bananas and provides gardening instruction, plant sales, and viewing opportunities throughout the year.
