小笠山綜合運動公園
The Ogasayama Sports Park is a large recreational area between Fukuroi and Kakegawa featuring multiple sports fields, tennis courts, and athletic tracks. The facility spreads across open green spaces with walking paths, seating areas, and pavilions where visitors can rest or watch games.
The park was created to provide the local community with a dedicated space for sports and exercise. Over the years, additional facilities were developed to support various sports events and activities for different age groups.
The park serves as a gathering place where local residents come together for daily exercise and community events. You see families, joggers, and sports players using the facilities throughout the day, reflecting how this space is woven into the rhythm of neighborhood life.
The park is accessible on foot from Aino Station in about 15 minutes and is also easily reached by car from the Kakegawa expressway exit. There are ample parking lots and well-maintained pathways that accommodate visitors with different mobility needs.
The park includes a nature experience area where visitors can observe insects and plants, especially in the evening when wildlife becomes more active. This quieter side of the park offers a different perspective beyond the usual sports activities.
