Akita Prefectural Hall was a concert venue in Akita City that hosted musical performances in its main auditorium with a capacity of 1,839 seats. The building contained multiple performance spaces and conference rooms spread across its facilities with contemporary design.

The venue opened in 1961 and closed in 2018, serving for about 57 years as a cultural facility in Akita Prefecture. It hosted performances from international and local artists throughout its operational period.

International artists including Rainbow, Santana, Cyndi Lauper, Bob Dylan, and Yellow Magic Orchestra performed at this concert hall throughout its existence.

The location was situated in central Akita near other public buildings and administrative offices. Visitors could access different halls depending on the type of event or performance they wished to attend.

Located within the Sanno administrative district, the venue formed part of a public facilities complex alongside the prefectural office and city hall.
