長野市少年科学センター, Science museum in Jōyama Park, Nagano, Japan.

The Nagano City Youth Science Center features exhibitions on space, physics, biology, and modern technology through interactive displays and hands-on experiments.

The science center opened its doors on July 28, 1985, serving the local community until March 2022, when it closed for transformation into a children's facility.

The entrance displays a notable public art piece titled 'Picnic' by Toyoshige Watanabe, expressing the connection between humans and nature through red, white, and green colors.

The facility maintained affordable admission fees of 250 yen for adults, 150 yen for high school students, and 50 yen for elementary and middle school students.

The center included a flight simulator, express train control equipment, and an adventure plaza with ball pools for younger visitors to explore and learn.
