The library received recognition in March 2009 when Shinkenchiku, a notable architectural journal, published a detailed feature about its design.

The facility incorporates a craft room and various public zones that encourage community engagement and creative activities among local residents.

The library maintains an online catalog system connected to the Aichi Prefecture network, enabling users to search materials across multiple locations.

Four symbolic towers mark each corner of the building, with the yellow Tower of the Sun serving as the main entrance point.
