From 1933 to 1997, the land hosted an Oriental Brewery factory before Seoul City Government transformed it into a public park.
Local residents continue to refer to the location as OB Park, preserving the memory of its industrial heritage through informal naming.
The park contains multiple sports facilities including basketball courts and badminton courts, along with parking spaces and public restrooms.
A musical fountain creates water displays in the center of this former industrial site turned into a green recreational space.
