Parc1

Parc1 is a contemporary high-rise in Yeongdeungpo District that reaches 333 meters with 69 floors of glass and steel. The building combines office spaces, residential units, and extensive retail sections within a single integrated structure.

Construction started in 2008 and faced a pause in 2011 before resuming in 2017, with final completion occurring in 2020. This extended timeline reflected broader economic and development shifts affecting Seoul's business districts.

The building incorporates elements of Korean design principles while serving as a center for business activities and retail experiences in Seoul.

Access is through Yeouido Station, which connects multiple transportation lines and provides direct entry to retail areas and main sections. The various levels are well-connected by elevators and interior passages, making it easy to move through different parts of the complex.

The complex contains more than 400 retail outlets across multiple levels, including a major department store with specialized services. This extensive shopping section makes it a significant commercial and entertainment destination in the area.
