Saints Peter and Paul church in Gdańsk, Gothic church building on Żabi Kruk Street, Gdańsk, Poland
The brick structure extends 62 meters in length and 26 meters in width, featuring a tower that reaches 41 meters into the sky.
Construction of the church started in 1397 and continued until 1516, making it one of the most substantial Gothic religious structures in the region.
The interior contains a Baroque pulpit from 1696, preserved during World War II, and the main altar incorporates authentic Baroque elements from 1946.
Regular Catholic services take place in this restored church, which underwent extensive reconstruction following the damages of World War II.
The building served as the only Calvinist temple in the region during the 16th century, drawing congregants from Gdynia, Sopot, and Żuławy.
