Saints Peter and Paul church in Gdańsk

Saints Peter and Paul is a brick structure built in the Gothic style, featuring pointed arches and tall windows typical of that period. The interior is organized around supporting columns that lead toward the altar area, where various artworks from different eras are displayed.

Construction began at the end of the 14th century and continued for more than a century before completion in the early 16th century. This extended building process demonstrates how important the project was to the local community at that time.

The name honors two apostles whose images appear throughout the interior artwork and decorations. These representations show how deeply connected the congregation has been to their spiritual legacy over centuries.
