Gora Stolovaya is a table mountain on the administrative border between Ingushetia's Dzheyrakhsky District and North Ossetia's Prigorodny District. Its flat summit reaches 3,003 m according to Russian sources, while the Ossetic article gives 2,993 m. The mountain appears on the coats of arms of both the Republic of Ingushetia and the city of Vladikavkaz.

The mountain stands on the administrative border between the Dzheyrakhsky District of Ingushetia and the Prigorodny District of North Ossetia. Its Ingush name is Myatloam and its Ossetian name is Madykhokh. In June 2008 the traditional ascent to Myat-Loam and the Myat-Seli sanctuary was revived as a way of keeping historical memory and cultural heritage alive.

The mountain is sacred in Ingush tradition, called Ma'tloam in Ingush and Madykhokh in Ossetic. Near the summit stood the Ma't-Seli sanctuary, linked to fertility and rain-making rites held on Wednesdays, the "Seli di", with a procession, a priest's prayer and a sacrifice. Sanctuaries of Ma'ter-Da'la and Suson-Da'la stood nearby. In June 2008 the ascent to Ma't-Seli was revived to keep this memory alive.

The mountain lies on the administrative border between Ingushetia's Dzheyrakhsky District and North Ossetia's Prigorodny District, and its flat summit is visible from Vladikavkaz. The climb to the 3003 m top passes the sanctuary of Myat-Seli on the slopes, so plan the route to take it in. Since June 2008 the traditional ascent to Myat-Loam has been revived, and pilgrims make the climb on Wednesdays, called "Seli di".
