The Red Cross Society House is a two-story building on Greek Street with red walls, white architectural elements, and Doric columns. The facade displays classical proportions with carved cornices and large arched gates.

The structure was built in the second half of the 19th century with funds from Greek merchant Alexopulo and later transferred to the Taganrog Red Cross Community. In the 1920s, two separate houses were merged to create a central medical facility.
