The Red Cross Society House stands as a two-story structure on Greek Street, displaying red walls with white architectural elements and Doric columns.

Built in the second half of the 19th century with funds from Greek merchant Alexopulo, the building was transferred to the Taganrog Red Cross Community.

The building represents provincial classicism architecture with detailed facade decorations, including denticles and arched gates supported by columns.

The structure functions as City Polyclinic No. 2, providing medical services to local residents while maintaining its original medical purpose.

Two separate houses were merged into one building in the 1920s, creating a central medical facility that survived significant modifications after World War II.
