The Rich Well stands on Bogatuanovsky descent between Sedova Street and Beregovaya Street, featuring a rotunda with elements of industrial architecture.
The site gained prominence in 1749 when the Temernitskaya customs house was established nearby, marking the beginning of organized trade in the region.
The spring holds multiple names across different languages, including Bai qozok in Bashkir and Bogatyannovski Aghbyur in Armenian, reflecting regional diversity.
Located at coordinates 47.219629 latitude and 39.733878 longitude, the well provides technical water supply since the mid-1920s for various municipal purposes.
The initial discovery of the springs occurred when Sir Petr Alekseevich observed Russian ships and found water flowing from the calcareous slope.
