Sengileevskie Mountains National Park

Sengileevskie Mountains National Park spreads across forest-steppe terrain along the Volga River, featuring limestone hills and deep ravines throughout its landscape. The area supports more than 700 plant species and various forest types adapted to the region.

The region was designated as a national park in 2017 to protect the natural environment of Ulyanovsk Oblast. This decision aimed to preserve the unique forest-steppe landscape and its biodiversity for the future.
