Skatås motionscentrum

Skatås motionscentrum is an outdoor recreation center in the Delsjö area with multiple running trails between 2 and 18 kilometers through forests and alongside lakes. The facility provides changing rooms, showers, saunas, and an outdoor gym for visitors.

The center was established to support Sweden's tradition of promoting public health through outdoor sports activities. It developed over time into an important recreation destination that has been regularly maintained and expanded.
