Vreten 17, Office building in Västberga, Sweden
The Vreten 17 building features a distinctive 10-meter pyramidal skylight that illuminates the central workshop hall through natural daylight.
Constructed in 1955, the building initially served as a Volvo facility and was designed by architect Georg Scherman with cast iron facade panels.
Stockholm City Museum designated Vreten 17 with green classification, recognizing its substantial historical and architectural value to the city.
Located at the intersection of Västberga Allé and Vretensborgsvägen, the building provides office spaces for multiple businesses in southern Stockholm.
The building gained national attention in 2009 when criminals executed a helicopter landing through its pyramid-shaped roof lantern during a robbery.
