Novi Biliari, Rural settlement in Yuzhne municipality, Ukraine
The settlement stands on the right bank of Small Adzhalyk Estuary, connecting to the Black Sea region through transportation networks.
Originally established in 1914 as a village on the grounds of a former German colony called Anental, Novi Biliari later gained urban-type settlement status.
The settlement maintains Ukrainian traditions while incorporating influences from its German colonial past and multicultural Black Sea region heritage.
The M28 highway connects Novi Biliari to Odesa and Pivdenne, with access to the M14 route leading toward Mykolaiv for regional transportation.
In January 2024, Novi Biliari changed its administrative classification from an urban-type settlement back to a rural settlement.
