Hudson Greene is a residential complex with two 48-story towers connected by a shared parking structure and featuring glass facades that face the Hudson River. The East Tower at 77 Hudson Street contains condominiums while the West Tower at 70 Greene Street offers rental apartments, creating a mixed-use living environment.
The complex was developed in the early 2000s as part of Jersey City's waterfront revitalization efforts, with construction of both towers completed between 2009 and 2010. This project marked a shift toward residential development in an area previously defined by industrial and maritime uses.
The architectural design by CetraRuddy integrates masonry elements that connect with the adjacent Paulus Hook Historic District's industrial character.
The complex sits right at the waterfront and is easily accessible from Jersey City's transit hub. Both towers can be reached from separate main entrances, with shared amenities and parking accessible from the ground level of either building.
