Lake Harris Campground

Lake Harris Campground is a campground along Lake Harris in Newcomb featuring 89 campsites distributed between the shoreline and inland areas. The facility provides direct water access and includes shower buildings, toilet facilities, and a dump station for trailers.

The campground was established in 1962 by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation following two years of construction. Its creation was part of a broader effort to develop recreational facilities around regional lakes.
