Lady Pepperrell House, Historic mansion in Kittery Point, Maine, United States.

The Lady Pepperrell House stands as a two-story wood-frame structure with four chimneys, featuring fluted pilasters, Ionic capitals, and modillioned rooflines.

Built in 1760 by Lady Mary Pepperrell following her husband's death, this residence commemorates Sir William Pepperrell, the sole colonial American granted baronetcy by King George II.

The Georgian center-hall layout and preserved woodwork in public spaces represent the architectural preferences of wealthy New England colonists during the eighteenth century.

Located on State Route 103 opposite the First Congregational Church, this National Historic Landmark operates under preservation restrictions maintained by Historic New England.

The center bay of the main facade projects forward beneath a gabled pediment, distinguished by flushboard finishing while remaining walls display clapboard construction.
