The Lexington Financial Center reaches 410 feet into the Kentucky sky with its blue-tinted glass facade and modern architectural elements across 31 floors.

The construction of this commercial tower began during the mid-1980s urban development phase and received state funding support of 7.5 million dollars for parking infrastructure.

The building represents the financial growth of Lexington through its role as headquarters for Fifth Third Bank and numerous regional business organizations.

The structure contains 357,361 square feet of office space and includes a six-level parking facility between Vine Street and Main Street at South Mill Street.

Local residents refer to this building as both Fifth Third and The World's Tallest Building, marking its status in the Kentucky architectural landscape.
