Peter Herdic House, Victorian mansion in Millionaire's Row Historic District of Williamsport, United States.

The Peter Herdic House features three bay windows on each floor, a decorative cupola, and hand-carved wood throughout its Renaissance Revival structure.

Built between 1855 and 1856, this brick mansion belonged to Peter Herdic, a lumber baron who served as Williamsport's fourth mayor and invented a horse-drawn carriage.

The mansion stands on West Fourth Street as part of Millionaire's Row, representing the wealth generated during Pennsylvania's lumber industry expansion in the 1800s.

Located at 407 West Fourth Street between Elmira and Center Streets, the property now operates as a restaurant and events venue.

The interior displays a curving mahogany staircase and ornate plaster moldings that reflect the detailed craftsmanship of nineteenth-century architecture.
