The President Casino was a large vessel on the Mississippi River that provided gaming space with numerous slot machines and table games for visitors. The riverboat complex operated along the waterfront at Laclede's Landing in downtown St. Louis.
The vessel was originally built in 1907 as an excursion boat and renamed the Admiral in 1940. It later became a casino operation in 1994.
This establishment embodied Mississippi River gambling traditions and continued the legacy of riverboat entertainment in the region.
The facility was located along the North Leonor K Sullivan Boulevard with visitor parking available. The riverside location in downtown St. Louis made it accessible from the city center.
