Yatesville Lake State Park

Yatesville Lake State Park is a large outdoor recreation area in Lawrence County that centers on a lake surrounded by natural shoreline and three islands. The park was established in 1999 following the completion of a dam project that created the lake from Blaine Creek. This development transformed the landscape into a recreational destination for the eastern Kentucky region.
