Ronald-Brennan House

The Ronald-Brennan House is a three-story townhouse in downtown Louisville that preserves impressive architectural details from the 1800s. Its rooms feature high ceilings, stained glass windows, hand-carved marble mantels, and original crystal chandeliers.

The house was built in 1868 for a tobacco merchant and changed hands in 1884 to an equipment manufacturer interested in industrial progress. A 1912 addition incorporated a medical office, reflecting how the family adapted the residence to suit new professional pursuits.
